Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc is very excited to announce it's new Reverse Mortgage Department! We believe that Reverse Mortgages are very niche and so much different than a regular mortgage, so we have created a special department that only handles reverse mortgages. This department is being headed up by Robert Wilson who has years of experience with reverse mortgages. Reverse mortgages are a special type of mortgage for seniors over the age of 62 who own their own homes, live in the home and have some equity. The reverse mortgage allows seniors the opportunity to use the equity from their homes to help them stay in their homes.
Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc is actually hosting a Reverse Mortgage Seminar on Sept. 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. open to anyone who would like to come and find out more about reverse mortgages. RSVP's can be made to Robert Wilson at rwilson@primeres.com or at 860-783-5345.
